0klv strictly prevents underage gaming. Our platform's services are available only to those aged 21 or above.
If any user creates an account by providing a false age, that account will be immediately closed and all transactions will be considered void. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
KYC (Know Your Customer) Process
0klv follows the KYC (Know Your Customer) process in line with international standards. KYC verification may be mandatory before processing withdrawal requests and for large-value transactions.
0klv reserves the right to restrict or close an account if a user does not cooperate with the KYC process.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit Terms
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on 0klv: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 per method
- Deposits must be made only from the registered user's own account.
- Deposits from third-party accounts or borrowed cards / mobile accounts are not accepted.
- Deposits are generally credited instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact support.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method and the same account used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
- 0klv reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements on your account.
Currency and Transaction Fees
All transactions on the 0klv platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 0klv does not charge any transaction fees of its own, however your payment provider may apply certain charges — please contact them directly for details.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
0klv offers new members a 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The following terms apply to this bonus:
- Wagering Requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
- The bonus is applicable only once and only once per eligible account.
- After receiving the bonus, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the specified time.
- If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
- If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus may be cancelled.
General Bonus Rules
The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:
- Bonuses are usable only on eligible services and games — this will be specified in the relevant offer.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- 0klv reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Bonuses issued due to a system error or technical problem may be withdrawn.

0klv has five VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your activity and gaming history on the platform. Detailed terms for cashback payments apply separately for each VIP tier.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play

Account Suspension & Closure

0klv may temporarily or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraud, deception, or dishonest activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification.
- Long-term account inactivity (with notice, in accordance with policy).
- Court order or legal obligation.
Account Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Before the account is closed, all active bets must be settled and any applicable wagering requirements must be met. Any eligible balance may be withdrawn.
